How much does a flight simulator session cost?

Do I need experience to fly the simulator?

No experience is needed. Our expert instructors guide you through everything — from engine startup to landing. Sessions are designed for curious first-timers, kids ages 10 and up (ages 10–14 with an adult), aviation enthusiasts, and even professional pilots.

Where is WeFly located?

WeFly is located at 1 W Mountain St, Unit 9, Pasadena, CA 91103 — just 15 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles. Open Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM. By appointment only.

Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?

WeFly runs by appointment only — every session is booked in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted. Book online at wefly.aero/order or call (909) 204-8218 to arrange a slot.

Are there age requirements for participants?

Accepted Answer

Participants must be at least 10 years old. Guests aged 10–14 must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum height is 6 feet 6 inches (6'6" / 198 cm) and maximum waist/hip circumference is 48 inches due to equipment limitations.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes — let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and we will reschedule or refund you. Requests made less than 48 hours ahead are not eligible for a refund and a fee may apply. See our Return Policy for full details.
