Commercial Information: simulator session history, order details, payment records, and gift card transactions.

Communications: messages sent through our contact form, chatbot, or email.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill bookings and orders;
- Send order confirmations, reminders, and status updates via email or SMS;
- Provide customer support;

- Send marketing communications (only with your consent);
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns;

3. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website, including:
Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics: to analyze website traffic and user behavior.
Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI): We use the Meta Pixel (a JavaScript snippet) and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This may involve sending hashed identifiers such as your email address or phone number to Meta (Facebook) after you complete a booking. This data is used solely for ad measurement and optimization — not sold.
PostHog: for product analytics and session tracking.

4. Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Mailgun — transactional email delivery;
- Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement via Conversions API;
- Google — analytics and advertising;
- PostHog — product analytics;
- OpenAI / Telegram — chatbot operation and support notifications.
We may also disclose your information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Under California law, sharing personal information with Meta for advertising targeting purposes may constitute "sharing" as defined by the CCPA. We do not sell your personal information, but we may share it with service providers like Meta for advertising purposes. You have the right to opt out — see Section 6 below.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store any banking or financial information. All transactions are handled directly through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure.
6. Your Rights — California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, our business purposes for collecting or sharing it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Opt-Out of Sharing: You may direct us to stop sharing your personal information with third parties (such as Meta) for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right, email us at info@wefly.aero with the subject line "Privacy Choices" or visit our Privacy Choices page linked in the footer.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

7. Your Rights — General
Regardless of location, you have the right to:
- Access your personal information;
- Request corrections or deletions of your data;
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us directly.
8. Chatbot Conversations
When you contact us through the WeFly chatbot on Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct, we receive the messages you send, our replies, and related technical metadata. We use this information to answer your questions and improve our support experience. We do not use chatbot conversations for advertising or share them with third parties aside from trusted service providers (OpenAI for automated responses and Telegram for team notifications). You can request deletion of your conversation at any time by emailing info@wefly.aero; we will erase stored messages within 30 days.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Booking and payment records are retained for a minimum of 3 years.
10. Data Protection
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, or unauthorized access.
