When Is a Refund Possible?

According to USA legislation, refunds for event invitations (gift certificates) may be issued by the organizer in the following cases:

  • Event cancellation.
  • Significant changes to event details (time, date, or venue).
  • Personal reasons of the customer that prevent participation, provided that notification is given 48 hours before the event.

Please note: if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the event, a refund will not be issued.


How to Request a Refund?

If one of the aforementioned conditions applies, the customer can contact WeFly through one of the following methods:

To request a refund, you will need to:

  1. Contact us using any convenient method.
  2. Provide your full name, booking details, and the reason for the refund request.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and can be credited back to the original payment method or, upon request, transferred as a deposit toward another simulator experience.


How Are Refunds Processed?

  • Bank transfer fees sometimes are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed through Stripe and issued only in non-cash form to the original payment method within 10 business days from the date the refund request is received.
  • Upon request, the refunded amount can be credited as a deposit toward another simulator experience.
  • Refund requests can only be submitted by the purchaser listed in the original booking.
