Data Deletion Request

WeFly’s Messenger/Instagram chatbot only stores the conversation history that you share with us, along with technical metadata (message IDs, timestamps) needed to send replies. We do not collect payment details or other profile information beyond what Meta provides in the conversation.

If you would like us to delete your chat history:

Send an email to info@wefly.aero from the same Facebook or Instagram account that contacted us. Include the subject line “Data Deletion Request ” and a brief note confirming that you want us to erase your conversation history. We will verify the request and delete the stored messages within 30 days. After deletion, we will send a confirmation email.
