Opt-In Workflow for Receiving SMS Notifications from WeFly
At WeFly, we ensure transparency and compliance with all messaging regulations. When customers book a flight experience through our website, they provide explicit consent to receive SMS notifications about their booking. Below, we outline how this opt-in process works:
- Booking a Flight
Customers begin by selecting their desired flight experience on our website. They can choose from our available simulators, such as the Boeing 737 MAX, and select the duration and time of their session.

- Entering Contact Information
During the booking process, customers are required to enter their phone number in the designated field. This phone number will be used to send important booking-related updates and reminders.

- Providing Explicit Consent
To ensure compliance, customers must check a box confirming their consent to receive SMS notifications. This step is clearly outlined in the booking form under the phone number entry field.
Checkbox Text: “I agree to receive booking confirmations and reminders via SMS.”

- Opt-Out Option
We respect our customers’ privacy and provide them with the option to revoke their consent at any time. Customers can reply “STOP” to any SMS to unsubscribe from further notifications.
